A sailing journey through elegant island towns, wild anchorages, and the quiet power of the Aegean. From neoclassical harbors to untouched beaches — this is where sea time becomes real time.
Catamarans sailing together through stunning Mediterranean waters. Comfortable but not luxurious. You'll share spaces, cook together, navigate together. The sea is beautiful—but it doesn't care about your comfort zone.
A carefully curated group of builders: founders, operators, investors, and advisors. Everyone has shipped something real. Everyone is evaluating their next move. No tourists, no spectators, no networkers-for-the-sake-of-networking.
Mornings: sailing, swimming, thinking. Afternoons: workshops, discussions, work sessions. Evenings: talks, dinner, honest conversations. No agenda optimization—structured enough to create value, loose enough to let relationships develop naturally.
You won't leave with business cards. You'll leave knowing exactly who you want to work with, invest in, or partner with—and who you want to avoid. That clarity is worth more than any conference badge.
Each evening, a participant shares their biggest lesson. Peer-led sessions on fundraising, hiring, GTM, and product strategy. Real stories, real problems, immediate feedback.

Bring your own crew
If everyone on board agrees, a dedicated cook can be added to your catamaran for +€200 per person per week. Fresh meals, local ingredients, zero cooking duty for you.
If sailing itself is the point, a monohull offers a more direct, hands-on experience. You are closer to the elements, more involved in trim, balance, and motion, and more connected to the act of sailing itself. The trade-off is clear: less space and comfort than a catamaran, but significantly more feel and authenticity underway.
If this is your preference, mention it to us. We will organize a monohull with a like-minded crew to match that intent.
