This day features the defining passage of the route: the Bocche di Bonifacio strait. The sail requires attention to wind shifts, traffic lanes, and timing, with conditions that can change quickly. The focus is on clean execution and clear communication while maintaining a steady pace. Arrival is through the dramatic, cliff-lined entrance of Bonifacio harbor. The afternoon and evening are intentionally lighter, allowing time to settle in, decompress, and continue conversations in a more grounded setting ashore.
A clean crossing through the Bocche di Bonifacio strait, typically sailed in the morning to take advantage of more stable conditions. Wind acceleration zones and narrow traffic corridors require attention, but the passage remains concise and controlled. Arrival in Santa Teresa Gallura allows the group to transition smoothly back to Sardinia. The afternoon and evening are land-focused, with time allocated for open networking, informal workshops, and one-to-one conversations.
